Koreanisch im Lockdown
Lockdown Korean - 격리 기간 중 유용한 한국어

This is my biggest project as of Spring 2021. I worked on this book during my 3rd semester of my ongoing media design bachelors course.
I started learning Korean during the first lockdown 2020, because I planned on going to Seoul in September 2020 (by then we would have long forgotten about Covid ... right?) With the goal to not be reliant on English and hand gestures, I quickly became more passionate in learning more about the language. While doing so, I realized that every language started to use a lot of new vocabulary due to the corona pandemic.
This led me to the idea for this book, which focuses on these new words and expressions. A flap attached to the cover of the book allows the reader to study the Korean alphabet while reading the book.
Design/Layout/Text and Illustrations are made by me.
