Münchberg has received the title of "Kulinarische Stadt" (eng. Culinary City), a few years ago. Under this title the small city promotes its local restaurants, bakeries, butchers and more. However, the true culinary of a town can be found at peoples homes. I gathered 10 recipes of locals and researched the dish's history and collected them in this magazine. The focus however lies on the rich history of the dishes, rather than the recipe itself, which is why it's only displayed on the red shortened pages, as displayed below.
